Serve Globally Hosts Webinar on Whole Mission for the Church

CHICAGO (June 23, 2020) — In the midst of an increasingly virtual society that is also facing broken systems such as racism, poverty, and class divisions, Serve Globally is hosting a webinar June 24-26 focused on strengthening churches with thoughtful missiology. The webinar will address questions around how the church can respond and engage faithfully and how we are to be salt and light in the earth.

As Serve Globally Executive Minister Al Tizon writes in Whole and Reconciled, “The threads of mission are not simply decorative embroidery; they make up the fabric of the church. Without the threads of mission, the church falls apart at the seams!”

Chris Wright, Ruth Padilla DeBorst, and Melba Maggay will speak on how to live missionally in a changing world. The webinar will be live on the Serve Globally Facebook page or via Zoom (login information available on Facebook).
