CHICAGO, IL (July 8, 2016) — As the July/August edition of the Covenant Companion arrives in mailboxes, Covenant Communications is announcing the debut of COV Sparks, a new downloadable discussion guide for groups and individuals. Based on articles from the Companion, COV Sparks features questions designed for reflection, journaling, and small-group interaction.
“Each issue of the Covenant Companion is filled with amazing features and stories focusing on the life of the church,” said executive director of Communications Ed Gilbreath. “We wanted to provide readers with one more way to connect with the magazine.”
Gilbreath said he and his team envision the downloadable discussion guide as a resource for small-group studies, Sunday school classes, or personal enrichment. “The Companion is more than just a magazine; it’s an instrument for telling the church’s story and bringing the Covenant community together,” he said. “Our dream is to see churches and individual Covenanters engaging with the content in a way that makes it relevant and applicable to their everyday experiences.”
